Rosemaree graduated from Monash University in law with Honours and has practised as a lawyer since 2002. Rosemaree also holds a degree in Economics.

For approximately 16 years Rosemaree has practised almost exclusively in the area of family law and is accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Family Law Specialist. Rosemaree is a past member of the Law institute of Victoria Family Law Specialist Accreditation Advisory Committee.

Rosemaree assists her clients with empathy to deal with the many challenging issues that arise from a separation and helps them to move through this difficult period. Her manner is approachable, honest and understanding. She recognises that for many separating people this will be the first time they are consulting a lawyer and this, together with the circumstances in which they find themselves, can be daunting. It is important to Rosemaree that her clients are provided with a clear understanding of the process and the options available to them.

Rosemaree has successfully represented clients in all areas of family law, including simple property matters, complex property matters involving companies and trusts, spouse maintenance matters, contravention applications, adult child maintenance matters, child support, parenting cases, relocation matters and disputes regarding the existence of a de facto relationship.

In her free time Rosemaree enjoys, supporting Carlton, running, reading and spending time with family and friends.
